NZ Sign Language for beginners(evenings)
Course Description
Would you like to learn the basics of sign language? This is the perfect starter course for anyone interested in communicating with the Deaf or hearing-impaired community. You will learn: - Basic NZSL grammar - The importance of facial expressions in communication - Vocabulary for family, days of the week, numbers, feelings, animals and colours This course is one evening session each week over 8 weeks, starting Thursday, Thursday 3rd July, and finishing on Thursday, 21st August 2025.
